I understand that during the business training curriculum I will be asked to share comments and sections of my business plan and marketing strategies with other students in Discussion Forums. In addition, I will be asked to review and comment on other students' work. I agree to maintain 100% confidentiality of the ideas and content shared with me and will immediately notify the management team if I experience any violations of this policy against myself and the work that I share.
I also understand that assignments, such as Vision Board, Business Plans and Video Pitches, that are uploaded to the portal as part of the curriculum will not be shared outside without explicit consent from myself and my parent/guardian.
We will not disclose any personal information of any of its students and specifically does not share this information with third party vendors.
Additionally, in order to maintain a positive and supportive working environment with fellow students and the community at large, I agree to refrain from using obscenities, racially- or sexually-biased language or any other divisive or negative commentary while participating on chats, webinars, discussion forums and/or community pages within the community. I understand that this kind of behavior will not be tolerated and may result in my removal from one or more programmes and any free training provided.
We will expect a good level of engagement in the programme. You will have to ensure you complete the lesson for that week before we meet as a group virtually to discuss how the week's content applies to business. The group discussions will take place on Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm.
The optional 1-2-1 meeting will be offered on Saturdays between 11am-8pm. It is available on a booking process in case you would like to discuss anything or need support for that week's topic.
At the end of the programme, you will be asked to complete a Lizzy Lloyd YESS programme feedback. This will be sent to your email. Please offer your feedback, as it will be important to the development of this programme for future young entrepreneurs.
Case studies are a fantastic way to share your story and inspire future young entrepreneurs. They also provide an excellent platform for gaining recognition, attracting potential investors, and reaching customers. We may reach out to you to carry out a case study story on your journey.
Once you have completed and passed the programme, you will be issued a YESS Programme certificate. Whilst this may not be the same as a degree programme certificate, it is increasingly recognised by employers. It also offers you something to remember about participating in the exciting programme.
We may run an in-person graduation event to celebrate our group completing the programme. This will give us an excellent opportunity to network. You will also be invited to a global graduation that will expose you to other young entrepreneurs all over the world.
We will tell you about the Lizzy Lloyd Business Launch Package when you complete the programme. You are not obligated to take up the package, but you might be interested in learning more about how it can help you launch your business idea.
